cairo-dock-dev software package provides Cairo-dock develpment file, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cairo-dock-dev
cairo-dock-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cairo-dock-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cairo-dock-dev *
You will get with cairo-dock-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
